Production Time: Please allow 4-8 weeks for furniture and 3-4 weeks for smaller items production. If we need additional time we will notify you upon placing your order. Our goal is to deliver your custom products in a timely manner. We do hope to ship your custom designs well in advance to our estimated time.
Your final cost will be reflected on your individual billing statement from your credit card or PayPal account.
No Return Policy: Our products are custom ordered and custom made using premium quality products. Please note what some people see as a defect (small markings on leather, no uniform colour, markings on luxury heirloom furs) are character features and add beauty to each custom design. All sales are final.
